Letters

Kaylie loves to do projects..I can't imagine where she got that from! She loves to paint so I thought it would be fun to make her name to hang on her wall. She painted the letters and I helped her glue glitter on them. I think they turned out super cute!

Curlies

We bought these curlers a while ago that are called curlformers. They are really fun and they make perfect curls. The trick to these curlers is you have to put them in when your hair is wet and leave them until your hair is dry. I finally convinced Kaylie to leave them in over night. Her hair turned out so cute!

Snow Snow everywhere

So a few weeks ago we had our first really big snow storm. The girls where so excited to play in the snow. While Kaylie was at school playing in the snow with her friends, Kamrie and I had a mini snow fight. She had so much fun rolling in the snow and throwing it. She didn't quit until she was completely soaked and realized that she was a little cold. LOL!

Kamrie turns 2

I know this is late but oh well. I can't believe that my sweet little baby is already two. She makes us laugh everyday and is such a joy to have in our family.

For her birthday we took her to Build a bear while Kaylie was at school. Kamrie had so much fun washing all the clothes and her new "Beautiful bunny". It was fun to see what she picked.

Later that evening we let her open presents and had "Happy Cake" and ice cream. she kept falling off the chair the whole time she was opening presents it was so funny.

Christmas

Seth had to work on Christmas but he was able to be home on Christmas eve so he let the girls open their gifts from Far away Grandma and Grandpa Clayton, as Kaylie calls them. They were so excited about all the fun things. Thanks Mom and Dad for all that you do for our family!

Since Christmas was on Sunday I made the kids wait until after church to open their presents. I figured that they were old enough to understand that we needed to go to church first so that we could appreciate the true meaning of Christmas. They were ok with that idea and naturally it was a little crazy when we got home. So I didn't get very many pictures but here are some from Christmas eve.

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth....

A while ago Kaylie was playing at a friends house and she ran into a door. (I know funny mental picture) When she ran into the door she cut her gum just above her right front tooth.

The cut healed funny and ended up creating an absess. After draining it and antibiotics it still didn't get better so the dentist decided that we needed to pull her two front teeth to help it drain. Since she is little we had to take her to have it done at the hospital and have her knocked out to do it. After taking xrays they determined that she needed to have three teeth removed. The dentist thought she looked funny that way so he just made it even and ended up taking out all four of her front teeth. The dentist said that her adult teeth should come in soon so in the mean time poor little Kaylie has no front teeth.

Since this was all done just before Christmas, Seth decided it would be fun to teach her the song All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth. Except she is missing her four front teeth so she skips around and sings... All I want for Christmas is my four front teeth. At least she finds it amusing right... lol

Catching up!

Sorry about all the posts in a row. I really wanted to share some pictures from today and realized that I haven't even posted stuff about Christmas. I am amazed at how time flies and you don't think it has been that long and then the next thing you realize it's been almost a month. So I hope that you all enjoy my reminiscing.
